A Measure of Improvement in Burma

Things are getting better in Burma.  A 6.8 magnitude earthquake hit and "a dozen feared dead".  I remember the days when somebody sneezed and there would be thousands of dead in Burma.

There's still hardship aplenty in that country, but they've come a long way if an earthquake of that magnitude hits and they lose no more than a dozen.
